Baby & Me - Simple Stories

This was another layout published in the PaperCrafts & Scrapbooking Photo Pockets magazine again using Simple Stories products.

It's hard to believe how much our little boy has grown over the past year plus!  This layout used a few Sn@p cards (4x6 and insta-squares) and then the die-cuts to dress up the page.  I kinda miss that baby smell, even though I'm ready to move on from that stage.

Hip, Hip Hooray - Simple Stories

Today I am sharing my favorite ever layout that was published in
PaperCrafts & Scrapbooking Photo Pockets.

This came together with cardstock, Sn@p 4x6 cards and a die-cut included in the birthday Sn@p! set and that's it!  I totally love the impact this one has.

Today, Right Now - Cocoa Daisy, American Crafts

Ok, so I know everyone is cute at 1, and I remember all of our kids doing cute things.  But...  I do believe this one is taking the cake!  He is a total ham and I am loving it!

I created this with a combination of the December and January kits from Cocoa Daisy.

I'm so thankful for our today!

Honestly I Love You - Hip Kit Club, American Crafts

My daughter took a few selfies on the rides at Magic Kingdom, and they were amazing.  I had to scrap this one because it really shows their relationship.

Right Here - Hip Kit Club, Dear Lizzy

I really like the Hip Kit Club kits, I haven't purchased one yet as I've already had the products, but I have used there combinations to create.  I decided to join in there sketch challenge and play a little more this past weekend.  The sketch called for blocks of patterned paper, I kinda started with that concept, but as usual my page took off wherever it wanted, lol.

Love This Life - American Crafts, Dear Lizzy

I loved the assortment of product in the Hip Kit Club's December kit and since I had just purchased most of the items I gathered them together to create this!

Again, pretty simple for me, but I loved how the products shouted beach and light hearted which is exactly what this occasion was with our boys.  We have truly been blessed with a wonderful life; not perfect, we are like everyone else with issues that won't go away, but I am choosing to look at the good and rejoice!

Making a Statement - Cocoa Daisy, Amy Tangerine, Pebbles

Either I've been really stressed and have needed a lot of me time,
or I am really bored and have too much time on my hands.
I have created I think 10 layouts for me in the past little bit!

Today's layout was using my December Cocoa Daisy kit and the January sketch.
I knew this picture had to have the title Making a STATEMENT and everything else was built upon that idea.  I used black touches to make a statement, I used the red to match my son's shirt and bring a hint of Christmas to the layout.  I tilted my paper to give the layout the feel of my drama loving son.  The yellow and blue pops of color looked good with the layout and said added in the message of what I was thinking.

I think I am just going to scrap all of my Christmas pictures with non-Christmas items, it is making me very happy!

Here We Go - Cocoa Daisy, Amy Tangerine

How about scrapping a picture just because of the facial expressions?  I can still hear our little man making ooh noises as the Test Track cars went by.  This went on for probably 10 minutes!

I used my Cocoa Daisy December kit with Amy Tangerine goodies to create this.

For me, this is a simpler page, less layers, but between the cool circles on the paper, the great photo and the bright red tilted strip I felt the page was complete.  What do you think?

Love Life with You - Cocoa Daisy with Amy Tangerine

Another layout using my December Cocoa Daisy kit and another doily from my friend, Tanya Butler.  I've been saving these pictures for awhile now, this collection was so perfect though!
